BACKGROUND:

General Policy No. 005 involves the periodic review of Board policies and indicates that the review shall be every three years.

 

Pursuant to General Policy No. 005, staff has conducted a review of Administration Policy No. 002 and has found it consistent with current practice.  Staff therefore is recommending renewal of Administration Policy No. 002 without substantive change.

 

COMMITTEE REVIEW:

This item was reviewed by the Administrative Committee at its September 18, 2025 meeting, and recommends Board approval with a 4-0 vote.  Trustee Stafford participated in the absence of Trustee Hatch.

 

BUDGET IMPACT:

None.
