BACKGROUND:
The State Association of California Retirement Systems (SACRS) is conducting its 2025 Spring Business meeting in-person on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the conclusion of their Spring conference. The SACRS Bylaws require that each system appoint a Voting Delegate and Alternate Voting Delegate to vote on the system’s behalf at the business meeting.
The SACRS Board of Directors election process began March 1, 2025. Attached as Exhibit A is the final election notice:

Staff will share the SACRS meeting materials once available in mid-April, and will agendize the SACRS meeting agenda on SBCERA’s May 2025 agenda so that the Board may provide direction to the Voting Delegate, should they desire to do so.
