BACKGROUND:
Under the newly approved Education & Training Policy No. 003 Trustee Travel and Expense Policy, this training is not pre-authorized and is considered “Other Travel”, therefore, requires advance Board approval.
SBCERA’s Chief Investment Officer, Don Pierce, will be presented with the Markets Group Strategy Award. Markets Group invited the Chief Executive Officer and the Investment Committee Chair to speak as part of that award.
