BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to General Policy No. 018 - “Oath of Office”, an Oath of Office is required to be administered to each seated San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association (SBCERA) Board of Retirement (Board) Trustee.
Staff will administer the oath of office to the following Trustees for the term of office from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028:
• Jean-Rene Basle, Appointed Member
• Parth Bhatt, Ex-Officio Alternate
• Louis Fiorino, Elected General Member
• Gary McBride, Elected Alternate Retired Member
• Dawn Rowe, Elected Appointed Member
• Dawn Stafford, Retired Member
Additionally, staff will administer the oath of office to John Johnson, Appointed Member, for the remaining term of office from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
