BACKGROUND:

General Policy No. 005 involves the periodic review of Board Policies and indicates that the review shall be every three years.

 

Staff has conducted a review of General Policy No. 005 (Policy on SBCERA Governing Documents) and has found it consistent with current practice.  Staff is therefore recommending renewal of General Policy No. 005 without substantive change. 

 

COMMITTEE REVIEW:

This item was reviewed by the Administrative Committee at its meeting on March 20, 2025, and recommends Board approval with a 3-0 vote. Trustee Rowe was absent for this vote.

 

BUDGET IMPACT:

None.
