BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to the SBCERA By-laws and General Policy No. 002 - “Statement of Governance Principles and Code of Ethics”, the Board Chair and Vice-Chair will each be elected by members of the Board in open session at the first regular meeting in January to serve for a term of one calendar year.
The Board should first elect its Chair, and then elect its Vice-Chair for calendar year 2026.
