Staff Recommendation:
1. Alethea C. Randolph-Johnson is not permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties and a disability retirement should be denied.
2. If disability retirement is determined at a future hearings stage, the effective date will be July 29, 2023, the day after the last day of regular compensation as determined by staff.
BACKGROUND:
This matter is in closed session because the Applicant is not permanently incapacitated and thus, the recommendation is to deny the request for a disability retirement.
