Approve the Staff Position Classifications and Updated Salary Schedule Effective July 1, 2025.

BACKGROUND:
On June 5, 2025, the Board approved the FY 2025-26 Annual Budget which added 7 new position classifications, removed 2 position classifications and retitled one position classifications. The attached Salary Schedule incorporates those changes as follows:
1. Adds the position of Associate Investment Officer at the newly created range 56.
2. Adds the Senior Paralegal position at range 43 which is the same as the Senior Accountant.
3. Removes the Disability Retirement Supervisor position from the salary schedule as it is no longer needed.
4. Adds the Survivor Benefits Specialist at range 25 which is the same as the Retirement Specialist and Disability Retirement Specialist.
5. Adds the Senior Retirement Benefits Technician position at range 20 which is the same as the Accounting Technician.
6. Adds the Document Management Supervisor position at range 48 which is the same range as the Retirement Specialist Supervisor.
7. Adds the Senior Communications Specialist at range 36 which is the same range as the Senior Retirement Specialist and Senior Disability Retirement Specialist.
8. Retitles the Information Systems Engineer position to the Enterprise Systems Engineer position at range 35.
9. Adds the Pension Administration System Assistant Manager at range 48 which is the same range as the existing Projects and Facilities Assistant Manager.
10. Removes the Cloud Infrastructure Architect position from the salary schedule as it is no longer needed.

Costs for this item are included in the current year administrative and/or non-administrative budget.
