Requested Benefit:

1.                     Service-Connected Disability Retirement

 

Staff Recommendation:

1.                     Rielly O. Clancy is permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties and a disability retirement should be granted.

 

2.                     Rielly O. Clancy’s disability is service-connected based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A (presumption pursuant to Gov. Code §31720.91); therefore, grant a service-connected disability benefit.

 

3.                     Staff shall initiate disability benefit payments with an effective date of March 12, 2022, the day after the last day of regular compensation.
