Requested Benefit:
1. Service-Connected Disability Retirement
Staff Recommendation:
1. Randall Coleman is permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties and a disability retirement be granted.
2. Randall Coleman’s disability is service-connected based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A; therefore, grant a service-connected disability benefit.
3. Staff shall initiate disability benefit payments with an effective date of April 17, 2019 the day after the last day of regular compensation provided the benefit is requested in writing.
