BACKGROUND:
The Executive Committee met on July 17, 2019. Attached hereto is a copy of the draft minutes for Board review. The attached minutes will be brought before the next Executive Committee for approval.
At its meeting on August 1, 2019, Trustee Williams requested additional information on the agendized discussion regarding featuring local organizations at the SBCERA
Annual Investment Forum. The Board agreed to defer taking action to Receive and File this report until such time as the Nossaman LLP legal opinion could be provided to him for review. The Board requested that the action to receive and file be deferred to the September 5, 2019 meeting.
