BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to General Policy No. 018 - “Oath of Office”, an Oath of Office is required to be administered to each seated San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association (SBCERA) Board of Retirement (Board) Trustee.
Staff will administer the oath of office to the following Trustees for the term of office from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022:
• Louis Fiorino
• Sean Flynn
• Harry Hatch
• Janice Rutherford
• Dawn Stafford
