Requested Benefit:
1. Service-Connected Disability Retirement with Supplemental Retirement Allowance
Staff Recommendation:
1. Christiana Robinson is not permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A and a disability retirement be denied.
2. If disability retirement is determined at a future hearing stage, the effective date will be January 6, 2018, the day after the last day of regular compensation.
