Requested Benefit:
1. Non-Service Connected Disability Retirement with Supplemental Retirement Allowance
Staff Recommendation:
1. Gregory Hammon is not permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A and a disability retirement be denied.
2. If disability retirement is determined at a future hearings stage, the effective date will be December 27, 2017, date of application.
