Staff Recommendation:
1. Richard J. Lentine is permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties and a disability retirement should be granted.
2. Richard J. Lentine’s disability is service-connected based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A; therefore, grant a service-connected disability benefit.
3. Staff shall initiate disability benefit payments with an effective date of February 8, 2020, the day after the last day of regular compensation.
