Staff Recommendation:
1. Scott A. Peterson is not permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A; therefore, disability retirement should be denied.
2. If disability retirement is determined at a future hearings stage, the effective date will be June 25, 2019, date of application.
BACKGROUND:
At the July 2, 2020 Board meeting, the Board granted a continuance to the August 6, 2020 Board meeting per the member’s request.
