BACKGROUND:
On September 5, 2019, the Board approved proposed contracts for tenant improvements at 348 W. Hospitality Lane. As part of that approval, the Board granted the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) authority to sign change orders up to $5,000, and granted joint authority of the Board Chair and the CEO to approve change orders that exceed $5,000. A monthly report will be provided to the Board during the pendency of the project.
In August 2020, a change order was executed for time extension due to Covid-19 and change order delays. The change order extends the project completion date to October 6, 2020, with no change to the contract sum.
Additionally, a change order for patch and paintwork in the Board Room with a total contract sum change of $1,227.05 was executed. The contract time is not affected by this change order.
