BACKGROUND:
On September 5, 2019, the Board approved contracts for tenant improvements at 348 W. Hospitality Lane. As part of that approval, the Board granted the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) authority to sign change orders up to $5,000, and granted joint authority of the Board Chair and the CEO to approve change orders that exceed $5,000. A monthly report will be provided to the Board during the pendency of the project.
In October 2020, two change orders were executed to effectuate changes in the construction project with a total cost of $4,639.02, with no changes to the contract time. This includes a change order for three electrical ceiling mounts for the televisions located in the Board Room, as well as window glazing of the first floor.
The change orders are summarized as follows:
PCO #019: $1,218.00 Electrical mounts in Board Room
PCO #021A: $3,421.02 Window glazing for First Floor
All of the change orders are within the approved budget.
