BACKGROUND:
On November 12, 2020, the Inland Empire Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America awarded its highest honor to SBCERA’s Communications Team in recognition of SBCERA’s website redesign. The Polaris Awards recognize exemplary public relations efforts that successfully incorporate sound research, planning, implementation, and evaluation. These awards represent the highest standards of performance in the public relations and communications profession within the Inland Empire.
SBCERA’s new “digital front door” was launched in May 2020, along with a new rebranded “mySBCERA” portal for member self-service. Both have been well-received by SBCERA members and employers, as well as staff.
