1. Service-Connected Disability Retirement
Staff Recommendation:
1. Randy R. Ryder is permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties and a disability retirement should be granted.
2. Randy R. Ryder’s disability is service-connected based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A; therefore, grant a service-connected disability benefit.
3. Staff shall initiate disability benefit payments with an effective date of March 16, 2021, date of application.
