Requested Benefit:
1. Nonservice-Connected Disability Retirement with Supplemental Retirement Allowance
Staff Recommendation:
1. Gregory Paul Rehome is permanently incapacitated for the performance of duties and a disability retirement should be granted.
2. Gregory Paul Rehome’s disability is nonservice-connected based on the claimed injury(ies)/disease as listed in Exhibit A; therefore, grant a nonservice connected disability benefit.
3. Gregory Paul Rehome is not capable of gainful employment; therefore, grant the supplemental disability retirement allowance.
4. Staff shall initiate disability benefit payments with an effective date of June 17, 2023, the day after the last day of regular compensation.
